We have runned our company as construction industry, and actually we have hired many foreigners for more than 15 years. We have experienced many things. Some things went wrong and we had a hard time. Through many experiences, it is necessary that we should define who companies want human resources. It is important that we employ and educate them.
If these golls are realized ,we can build up good working environment between employees to our company. As a result, we can handle everything from recruiting to education and supporting life. I would like to support so that many foreign human resources are active, many small and medium-sized companies grow up.
